yes you may rush with it but the enemy team will camp from you if you are even marginally successful with it.
People care more about their kills than winning the round on pubs so once there's awps between them and the objective they just simply wait it out.

Smoke grenades ***! and it does take skill to use an awp effectively i.e noscopes, flickshots, wallbangs.

If I bring back the AWP I think I'll limit it to 1 per team (instead of 2). The server (not ocuk) that I usually play on has them, you just have to work around them. If this server becomes more popular (is full more often, ie 32/32 players) then it'll probably work better having a couple of awps.
I'm better at scouting than awp personally. I'm not denying it takes some skill to use it, but being killed by it unless you have one yourself that ur using against them, it just kind of feels a bit "meh"
We'll see how the server goes as is. If people want me to make some changes then suggest and I'll think about it.
As for a game tonight, I think Lyon is planning on hosting a TF2 game, with both at the same time atm, it may cannabalise both games, meaning less people on each. (I personally wud pick css anyday, but not everyone will be the same).

Becareful with the amount of addons you use, too many can cause server issues
enable the awp, it's a weapon in the game, people should get used to that fact. just because you're not good enough to dodge awpers or hit people with awp when they are dodging, doesn't mean it is lame 
and on tk punish, what settings have you got on? this is another "feature" that ends having stupid settings on most of the time

The addons were already on the server but not configured properly.
I am also aware of limitations. One example of this is I know that you should not run a 32 man 100tick server as it kills your hitreg.
