I Don't know if this is still a thing, but could someone look into my ticket please, it's ID 1017955. Sent it last wednesday (3rd), still not heard anything back.
 
Thanks for the nudge everyone, and apologies for the delays! As you can imagine the requests for support post Christmas is sky high and some requests from forum members slip through the cracks as we're taking longer to get back to everyone.

Do we still get free shipping it's been a fair while since I ordered anything updated my address/phone number and my profile says my account is linked but the only delivery options are the paid ones?

Sorry if I'm just being dense I've been out of the loop for a few years
 
Following on from above, is free shipping only through Royal Mail? My account is linked to my forum account but it's been a while since I last ordered. I thought the DPD next day delivery was also free.
It is whatever the system works out the best shipping option is for value/size/weight.

I've had free shipping via RM and DPD, it's pretty much based on weight and value.
 
ah, that's brilliant then, nice little bit of overtime for CS reps? I do hope that they get paid a bit more too, they deserve it, I've always found CS @ ocuk to be very good, not that I ever got a free chair though
