Overclockers UK are always wanting to improve customer service, and I would like you to rate the customer service on our forum. Not the phone, not the webnotes, purely just the forums. And please only rate it if you have used the forum to have a question answered, or an issue resolved.

Just a out of 10 rating will be fine, and a comment on how good it is, and also improvements, negative feedback is acceptable but please make sure it is constructive feedback.

I had a problem with my OcUK pre-built system and the forum sorted it out excellently. I can't remember who dealt with my query (and it was something fairly minor, about 18 months ago) but I couldn't fault it, so...

10/10

From my experiences with it, 9/10. It's usually very quick, gets the job done, and sometimes the help received is above and beyond. However there are times when the replies are not forthcoming, or the information passed back is not what the customer wants to hear, although I appreciate that this is sometimes with other departments/people and therefore might be out of the hands of whomever is dealing with forum based CS.

10/10
Everytime i've posted in there to query an order or well anything, good ol' 5UBBY's been along toot sweet to answer well within an hour of posting a thread, so based on that and the possible amount of other people posting with queries, you must be a very busy fella Steve, but you do ocuk proud and the customers too, Long may it stay that way :D

5/10 only because I'm out £30 for shopping with OCUK

For that ******* GTX480 posted back at my own expense, "tested" and I was charged for the privilege to get a duff card back

And then I bought a shabby Fractal Design XL

The only option offered was to send them back, again at my expense (second time for the card) and god knows how much that fractal would cost to ship + insure from NI to you guys

I've calmed down now, a little, but nowadays I'd look elsewhere for bigger purchases tbh

Fwiw 5UB you were very helpful

The couple of times I've used it has been great, both orders were fairly close to the next-day cut-off so posted to enquire if they'd make it and got a reply very quickly to confirm they had.
Gave 9 out of 10 because there's no such thing as perfection ;)

Where's 0 out of 10? :p

Would like to be more constructive, but I've not used the Customer Support.

10/10 from me 5ub,your the only one (i think) i have dealt with and you have always been professional and dealt with the issue quickly.

8/10 - responses could be slightly quicker and one of my responses smacked of "er, dunno" but on the whole the CS forum is excellent.

I have little faith in OcUK that my orders will be sent out in a timely fashion, nor do I believe that their stock management system is accurate. I have raised concerns in the CS thread a couple of times and have been ignored, not helped, and fobbed off.
Perhaps it provides someone with a kick up the bum to actually send stuff out but does it resolve many problems? Not for me.

I'd much rather speak to a human being on the telephone than on a forum to sort things out, and that has proved problematic in the past.

Please can you link me to your threads that have not had a reply, or not had any help.

Whilst they are now historic, the service at the time was frustrating at best.

I think when your website says something is in stock, it should be in stock and ready for dispatch. The customer shouldn't have to wait for weeks for the item to actually be in stock, nor should it be the customers responsibility to chase up the shop to get an ETA.

There was another thread, which I misinterpreted what you said (and wrongly accused you of lying, sorry!) but I believe that one was sorted and was an issue with RM rather than yourselves.

Ah yes, that was a bit before my time (when I had just started as a Don), anything this year should be all sorted, and regards to stock levels the problem you had back then has been resolved. :)

I can assure you that you can put faith into our support on our forums.

8/10.

Deus Ex codes a while back, took a little too long for my linking but 5UB sorted them out eventually.

Good lad. :D

Well hopefully I'll never have to speak to you (as nice as I'm sure you are!). It's good to hear that the stock level problem has been resolved.

It's also pleasing to see that there seems to be some quality control in place. I'll continue to order from OcUK despite problems with almost all of my orders and hopefully I have little few in the future.
