I've said 9/10 for me, the 2 problems I had were dealt with very quickly (one outside of working hours and the other at 9:03!), that's the most important for me so all good there.
I've put in a couple of queries about stock levels which were quickly replied to as well.
I also put in a couple of suggestions for shop improvements:
- Build insurance
- Cases section of the website sub category be divided by motherboard size or case type rather than repeating the manufacturer drop down.
I didn't expect any feedback from the suggestions but neither have been implemented.
