Swift Wrenbury L 6 berth (2016) and a Kampa 390 Pro Air Awning

Aw-some :D

It came with a motor mover, when we had our Bailey Ranger 500/5 I used to have to push, pull, drag it into place so I made sure this came with that and we got the air awning too, both make my life 100 times easier when pitching and packing down

Interesting, thank you.

How do you find parking your caravan when you get to a site? My experience with reversing trailers is terrible I don't seem to be able to program my brain to do it!!

I took ours to an industrial estate car park for 20 mins after we bought it and had then worked out which way to turn to make it go where you want it. We too have a motor mover but I'm able to back the caravan into most pitches with ease.

Your kids when tired....do they get
a) sleepy and quiet or
b) hyper and a real handful!

Both of ours are in camp b! If they get over tired then it can be a real struggle to settle them!

Saying that they both crashed super hard tonight after their first day back at school!

b) until their heads hit the pillow, then dead until morning :D

We love camping and the children do too plus it’s the great outdoors so win win all round, pop the bikes on the back of the van too

The trick is to get them asleep before they get overtired!

But know if they aren’t tired and it has the reverse affect is tricky, we get out two down between 7/7:30pm each and every night kids like routine so if you get them to bed at the same time every night I think it makes it more routine

Got social services coming to see us on Friday this week. Wife feels better about it now after speaking to them on the phone.
Be nice to have some help with everything.

I bought a 2005 Adria caravan about a month ago for £4K. Sorted a couple of little jobs. Voila!

Amazed how well they hold their value.

Are you guys towing on a B+E licence or is it a standard B licence with maximum MAM of 3500kg combined?

Had a little bit of a 'scare' with the OH on Monday night. She's now 35 weeks pregnant but hadn't felt the baby do much since Sunday lunch time. Tried all the tricks at home (Ice cold water, eating chocolate, warm bath) but nothing. Called the midwife at 8pm and went in to the Hospital for a checkup at 8.30. Put the pads her stomach and then the baby decided it was time for a rave, throwing shapes all over the place.

Not even out of the womb yet and it's already trying giving us grief! Can't wait to meet him/her now though!

We had similar with all our 3 and we are just pessimists in general so always feared the worst.

When my wife was pregnant with our youngest, we were told at 10 weeks she had miscarried by the midwife, she was adamant. She couldn't find the heartbeat and mentioned the sac hadn't grown since the last time we had gone in. We went home that night distraught and drunk a lot of alcohol! We were booked in again within a few days to be given the 'tablet' to take after a re scan. It turned out the baby was indeed there with heart beat. It was a bit of an emotional roller coaster. Fast forward to yesterday and he's just started Nursery
