Do the list in categories rather than just a long list, that way also anyone who wishes to have a break could ask to be dropped down and its easily noticeable

Don't see what the problem is. He's very active in the game, has a decent paragon and plays with guys from the guild.

So we have established that once per month is insufficient. What about twice per month? 'Regularly' is pretty vague!
