OcUK dominating the UK VGA Market:-

I did laugh at that.

I have to say OCUK are about as good as you can hope for in terms of service and prices in any business let alone an e-tailer. Sure, they'll make mistakes, they won't always be the cheapest and they WILL employ a few shaved monkeys in their sales or tech team who couldn't satisfy hooker, but if they didn't have these faults they'd be running McKinsey and quite possibley the rest of the world.

I've had my minor problems with them, but nothing more complicated than a boxing or a badging slip up that was easily and quickly sorted. As a result I've got a home built gaming monster that'll be faster, quiter and better looking than anything you can buy from any high street vendor even if you spent twice the money.

Well not surprised, OCUk is the best components shop on the net and has the best menu system for ordering and choosing, the rest just suck.

Surely you are not being serious?

HI there

Pretty much proof that OcUK is firmly now the UK's no.1 leading graphics card etailor in the UK and carries on to grow stronger:-

I'm sure the article said one of not the number one  sorry to be picky with wording

Shsss dont speak`ith the trurth.... :D

hey no fair!! LOL

i used to work there when we built the x1900crossfire system, and it kicked ass, if it had been nvidia cards in it and kicked arse id have backed them

i just made my own desicion(spelling :D ) on what i saw and what i read of reviews online and scores people were getting at the time, and then said ati was better a the time and recommended the x1900 series, though for agp i choose nvidia so i wasnt biased and and a few customers turned into friends cause if something was rubbish, id just tell them

ive got to a stage now, when really, its just a pc , and i`ll only go so far with modding & overclocking. I think from when i got a 9700 pro, and had the fastest cpu going a few years back, it isnt worth the short time the computer can rank among the best. Getting somethink more out of the pc than it should and making it as cool & as quiet as it can be gives me great pleasure.

I noticed that too, just like im also one of the leading resellers of graphics cards in the UK, since I sold 2 in the past 6 months, admitedly there are thousands of people who sold more but It also fair to state I am "one of the leading" since ive at least sold some where others have sold non.

You do realise that if ocuk sold *** high end AGP cards £50-£100 less they would instantly make a hell of a lot of more money? It's common for a store to buy goods in bulk and get very low trade prices in buying them so lower the price and the store will get even more popularity I am certain. The AGP userbase is still large and the release of 7800/7900 AGP cards proves this as wlel as the threads discussing them forums all over the net.

It's the only reason I've not bought the gainward bliss yet, £100 too expensive and the 7800GT/GS could easily be £50 cheaper and still sell well.

Do this and OCUK will more than likely be number one, not "one" of the top uk stores for gfx cards.

I tend to buy the expensive/big things on ocuk, unless cheaper elsewhere, I never buy small stuff as the shipping makes it pointless buying so I go elsewhere, sometimes I remember to order the small stuff when ordering the bigger stuff.

Sorry if you have answered this before Gibbo, but where do you actually see the stock level indicator(s)?

Do you have to pay for them first or something?

I think he just means the red/ green "in stock" / "out of stock" buttons? ;)

I would much prefer to see the actual stock level, if this has been implemented and I haven't noticed it then I apologise. :)
