LMAO.. Yeah were ok for attackers.. Need to go scouting for the def and mid players:p

Im looking into making the kits display the OCUK logo on the fronts and design a badge for the team. I can install the new kits and badges into the game so when you are playing a match the Fenton-on-Trent badge will appear in the top corner. Would be good to also have decent mug shots of us all to attach to players profile.:D

I have decided (if you think its ok) to have the following stats for ability and reputation.

CUR ABIL 100
POT ABIL 175

CUR REP 50
HOME REP 50
WORLD REP 10

Well I have 7 players in total now. Me plus 6 of you lot. Looks like we got a fair few right wingers/attackers.

Can I post about this in GD? I have already got one in SA and here. Just need to get it a bit more noticable. Dont forget MODS, you too can join the team. As non playing staff.

If you got the time for me. Could you post up your ideal back room staff list and who on here fits the best role?

We need as follows:

Chairman
Manager
Assistant Manager
Coaches (At least 6)
Youth Coaches (At least 6)
Scouts (At least 4)

If you can find someone to fill the roles of Director/s and Director of football I would be happy.

I think I did mention earlier to add it to the form somewhere.:confused: Doesnt matter I can always add that towards the final stages of creating the DB.

Ok fair enough. If you can check or fnd out how many staff we can have I would be grateful. Im not loading up the game to see for myself because the editor takes up hooooooge ammount of memory and Im likely to crash the pc.

As for the Nicknames. I cant actually input them into the editor. That will have to be done by the user once its all completed. Not much of a hardship. I can post the forums names and real names on here so you can all add the nicks yourselves. I cant add the forums name to the common name in the editor but the forums name will always be shown in the game and not the real name, to me that will look a bit daft.:confused:

The mug shots have to 95x95 pixels:)

If you go to you install folder usually this

C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\data\graphics\pictures\players\normal\default

You will find the generic blanked out picture. I would think using that as a template would be ok. same goes with the badges for the clubs, here

C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\data\graphics\pictures

This folder contains all the graphics for clubs and players so you will get the idea on what to do..


Although I have seen graphics addons form various websites, im not sure how to add the player pics. Im sure its a case of dropping them into a certain folder. I will continue my search to find out. I will post here the dimensions for club badges. Im not too good at painting or drawing on PC`s so I shall leave it up to you lot to make one:D

Ok so we just need to work out who would fit these positions then. I still reckon Spie as Chairman.

Ona side note. You lot realise how long it takes to create a player on the editor? It takes ages.. right sack ache it is. Still, worth it in the end if all goes well.
 
As it stands now. Just started a new game. got the assistant/coach to select line up..
Still got 3 players to add. I need a break. Coffee is calling.

Only because we dont have enough 1st team member as of yet. Good to see Shamikebab a youth player even though he sent his stats into me. He is young and a hot prospect...

When I added you all to the team i never set the wages or contract lenght. All that was done in game....

We are all on fulltime contracts......made sure of that..

Sounds like a good idea. Whilst we would be playing our own game and manage the team in a different way, us as players will have different outcomes. I think having a site with the progress is good and we can compare each managers game to others to see how everyone is doing.

I would compile a list of members who own the game and will play it as Fenton FC and a list of non-players who are in the game but not playing it.

That way it would be better organised. I hope.:p

I shall add these to the Club but with the forum names as I dont know the real ones. That can be changed later before the final update. Ok I am nearly done for now so I am going to load it up and see whats what.

I shall report back soon.
