The players havent got a value as of yet. That come with offering anew contract later on. Dont forget this is only a work in progress team.. Still got minor things to add to the DB.

Just got a 1-1 draw against Rochdale at home..danz0r (Dan Bellis) got my equaliser:D

So are we.:o But getting better. I got a good training schedule in place for the team...Lots of green arrows there....:D

Still need more players. Another 6 or so shoudl do us. That way we shall have a bit of depth to the squad. Pre-season I had two injuries. Myself and someone else. cant remember who. So I was short in defence.

Ok im going to quit the game and alter a few things in the editor. I still need a few people in the Club so if you know of anyone on the forums who would be interested let them know of this thread.

I got a friend who I live with who would like to be added to the team. He doesnt use thses boards though. Would you lot mind him joining?

RoB- is also joining. Another forward :rolleyes: ;)

Ok I now have 14 players. Could do with a few more ..need a good res team going on too.

Looking for:

MC x3, GK x2, DC x2, DL x2 to make a good squad.. One of each would be ok. Nearly finished the DB now. Just a few minor alterations to make on the club finances and cotract for players. Going to add a few more staff members too.

Ok I have completed the DB. Its still work in progress.

Few notes to be aware of.

1.No contracts have been set.
2.There isnt any value to the players as of yet.
3.I have upped the financial security of the Club.
4.Only a small ammount of staff, you might need to search for more.
5.I have started the Club in the Conference (national) seemed to harsh to put us in the League 2 for now.

I have compressed the file and now uploading it to my NTL space. Once completed I will run afew d/l tests to see if it is all ok.

After, I will post all the details on where to get it from and where to install it on the first post on page 1.

Yes they do start in a minus on the financial front. Cant work out why? I put the funds as £500,000 and it alwasy says minus in the game. I suppose it might have somthing to do with them being in the Conference. Not many Conf sides have 500k to play with..

In a way it could be a good thing, stops you spending money and that way you have to use your wit to get you results.

I am currently (after last nigth) 1st in the Conf played about 18 games won 12 draw a few and lost a few. Quite even I say. RoB- (Rob Edwards) is my top scorerer..

How is it going for all you that have d/l it. You all got it to work ok?

Just installing all the updates and things on my home pc so will update how i do on here later :cool:


Couple of things i noticed

1) need a reserve keeper
2) could really do with a good 20 players or so (i know this could be hard considering it took a while to get 16!) or even a fake reserve team
3) lack of assistant manager (but i did just promote one of the coaches to cover that)
4) could do with a couple more players who can play centrally (defence/midfield)

Yes I agree, but what can you do when not many people sign up for Fenton FC?:)

Please remember this is version 1.0 I will make an update later this week to iron out the bugs and include more players etc.

Glad you lot are enjoying it. Worth me making this then..?

Yeha I was franticly looking in the help section for "How to bet on your game" Nothing came up:(

So, as a few people have got this d/l and working. I would like to know your verdict and your views on what else I could put into the DB for the next update.

New players, staff. Do you want higher attendance figures?

It would be nice if the Dons and other mods come here and post their real names for me to add them properly..

Daz Allseybrook is my house mate. RoB- is my other mate who is a member on here. Daz based his stats on what he i like in the normal world. For one he does have good concentration due to playing pool for a team (very good at it too) he tech skills are actually good. Maybe he did go a few point s above what he really is but hey, hes getting old now. Probably only this season left in him.:p

RoB- used too play footy a lot. I think he has based his stats on what he was like and not now. But still.
 
Someone rate this thread.. :( Its a top thread and it needs more traffic.. I want to add more members to the Club before I do the update. Im planning on starting the update over the weekend.

More players.
Better names for the Staff
Sort out the money. Unless you are happy with starting in the red. I am nearly in the black anyway.
Get female Physio:D
And afew other minor changes.

Any ideas please let me know.
