god rest zoltan, silverpaw and chilters

kind of strange isn't it, remembering the people on here, that most of us have never met, but in a way know - same with jay - only 2 of you have actually met him, but the kindeness and support here is like we're all family - which i guess we are in a way.

Im more of a reader than a poster on these forums, but whenever there is a crisis of anykind there seems to be a collection thread, people giving kind words, helping people through things.

Its just brilliant really how much like a family of hundereds of people this forum seems to be, and you can really feel a part of it :)

As Dead Dog said; god rest zoltan, silverpaw and chilters.

To OcUK'ers past and present :)

Thats what I like most about these forums, everyone pulls together at the right times. Certainly makes for a community rather that just a bunch of people posting. Makes it a unique place to be, and i'm glad to be a part of it.

RIP to all who are sadly no longer with us.

Couldn't have said it any better if I tried. RIP guys, there are many thousands who will always remember you.

I was thinking about this the other day. How this place has brought people together and helped changed their lives for the better in some small or big way. Then I thought about those who would still like to be posting but sadly, can't because they are no longer with us.

So let's take a moment to remember those members who have passed away.

There is a sense of community here, although the 'Family' is sometimes more appropriate ! And losing close,or not so close family is always hard.....the forums do perhaps more than a usual family group - It includes everyone, all the time and sure,IMPO it does make a difference to some peoples lives. So cheers Mr P for providing the wherewithall and lets not forget old mates.

Rest In Peace to all that have passed away, as mentioned many a time in this thread, this is not just a forum, but a extremely caring community who are very welcoming to new comers as i found when i first joined, lets hope it stays that way :)

I only discovered the real heart of the forum when I went into GD, as a noob everyone seemed to know each other, I felt like an outsider, it didn't take that long for me to realize that this place has something special to offer for everyone, no matter if your in a wheelchair with flashing lights, your girlfriends doing the dirty on you( or so you thought), if you was involved in the London bombings, or (maybe) if you found something 'fun' to make peoples lives a bit more humorous and fun.

I (know this is sad) think about this place everyday, wheather it's something to post or to make a thread, but overall I THINK more than I used to, I LOVE THIS PLACE and feel deeply sadded for those who cant post anymore

very well said, and i think everyone here will agree with you :)
