Went from confirmed straight to shipped - DPD has a tracking number, but still recieving parcel. So there was a chance it could've come tomorrow or Monday - changed it to Tue as I have dodgy neighbours and I need to be here when it arrives.
Order went in around 2am on Fri morning as I'd sat up late and was swithering on purchase - this is for an non XT OC model steel legend.
Hopefully the rest come through this afternoon for you guys :)

I sent a msg from my order page yesterday but no reply yet. IIRC it said replies could take up to 10 days. I think someone posted yesterday that they had had a refund for the postage so hopefully it will come when they get through the backlog.
 
Just got an email for dpd tracking and my order status has been updated to shipped! Will update once it arrives :), good luck everybody still waiting!

I ordered the Pulse around that time...Ordered it at 20:37 and got a confirmation email at 22:33

Mine still says Confirmed under my account, what did yours say there when you got the confirmation? Praying I get a despatch email today.

Mine is also being delivered this evening. When it's when it's something i really want I'm always the last stop on the delivery route!

Like everyone else, I didn't get free delivery but it bit of a blessing I'm not around on Monday when i was initially expecting delivery.

It was confirmed then got the shipping email so now says shipped!

Did it change to picking or did it just go straight from confirmed to shipped?

No worries!! It went straight to shipped as far as I could see. I checked and hour or so before and it was still at confirmed.

Enjoy yours too, sure it won't be long!
 
Just had a response from customer support and my Reaper XT that was ordered at around 4pm on Thursday is being picked and packed.

My account still says 'Order Confirmed'. So, for those still apprehensive about their order made when the site was exploding should be okay. It seems like the warehouse team are working as normal even if the site isn't updating the status as normal for everyone.
