I doubt that very much. The prices for GDDR6 is catering due to lack of demand.
You can check the spot prices for it here: https://dramexchange.com/
I really, really don't understand who is buying the £800 9070 xts when cheaper models are in stock.
That really has me baffled.
Also AMD will be buying these in batched of of loads, i don't know but many thousands, 100K? at a time and getting a discount on top of already not paying retail for them.

You don't buy Asus if you're looking for a cheaper equivalent, you're buying Asus because it's either Asuss or that's the one you want the most.I would rather get an Nvidia for than an AMD for that price.
Ding ding ding dingGoogle sapphire pulse with the price you should find an expired deal, use that link to monitor the site
Have you skipped the news for the last two months? World is changing daily. Gibbo has mentioned several times how prices are varying widely from delivery to delivery.Looks like AMD lied when they said a couple a months ago they would be getting more cards out for MSRP.

Well above suggests they have good quantity and selling well so why would they lower the price ?
If 5070 tis hit RRP more often, 9070 xts at £700 have no chance at all.But slowing down. Which is good. Let them saturate the market.
Just to correct this - AMD are not selling a £500 GPU at high end prices. AMD set an MSRP. A suggested retail price. Retailers are not obligated to adhere to this price. If the demand is there, as Gibbo has clearly stated they have shifted over 10,000 units, then why would a retailer drop the price? All due to market conditions. No reason but hopefully now we'll see the end of people claiming that AMD are the good guys while NVidia are just out to rip people off. Given the opportunity AMD would do the same.
It's not so long ago that AMD were saying that they were dropping the high-end because the vast majority of sales are under $500, now they're selling a $500 graphics card at high end prices.

If they knowingly set their RRP £100 lower than 99% of real world sales, tho?Just to correct this - AMD are not selling a £500 GPU at high end prices. AMD set an MSRP. A suggested retail price.
