Treasury - Personally I'd want a look at this, see what I critique from the inside.

Foreign Office - Meridian perhaps, well rounded it would seem.

Transport - Jonny69

Business - Stockhausen for sure let him have his go as well.

Energy - Acidhell2

Environment - clv101

Culture & Sport - Freefaller

Home Office - Semi pro waster was removed from PM for this role, sorry dude.

A new department of Ministry of Information - Groen.

Defence - Asim & Groen commanding a GD militia with SC officers. (Von/Small.)

Wales - Tefal, but he doesn't seem too welsh so I'm not sure how chuffed they'd be. Can't think of any other Welsh, sorry. :D

Northern Ireland - Skippi90

Scotland - Jokester. I'm sure he'd be just as effective in that role as me. :)

See I wasn't too sure on Fox, or Jonny etc, for that matter as having a good basing in all three main industries. Same with some of the others. I know plenty ministers are put in roles that clearly not cut out for, but picking the best from here into rolls is actually pretty hard.
