I'll be on later, will decide which toon to join when I see what our class range is :)

Would be nice if we could keep it as balanced as possible. (Although I am leaning towards a Bard as you can never have enough healers in some areas ;) )

We are up and running.

Whisper Cindwyn (me) or Chlothalion (KaylanCloud) to get an invite, even if you arent planning on playing tonight at least log in so we can get 8 members that we need for the guild to be formed.

See you all soon

Ok I cannot see such a massive swing so we the Ocuk Kinship will be called........

Old Council to the Undying Kings

I will get it set up later this evening, anytime between 6-10 when I get in the house.

Whisper Cindwyn for an invite, the first few people will be made officers just to get invites sorted out then after that we will sort out who wants to be officers and even if someone wants to be a leader other than me.

See you all online later!

What do I win? :p

Well fantastic uptake so far!

10 of us in already, 567 of us if you count all of Kays alts :p

Keep on coming guys, we have a few officers up now to sort out invites, at a later date we will sort out full time officers. So to get an invite whisper;

Cindwyn (me)
Caldir (sleepery)
Halmorg - (m0r94n)
Chlothalion - (KaylanCloud)

see you all in game!

20 members after half a day is a nice start.

If you are playing over the weekend there will be officers online. There is a list above as well Cwyngael too. If you get online and there are no officers on feel free to just leave your details on here and we will invite you at first oppertunity.

We are welcoming Ocuk'ers and your mates so if you want to transfer over from another server to enjoy our company or to re-roll or even roll an alt for some chat and questing on your other characters downtime you are more than welcome. Come along and play the game with us, great game, great little team so far and the more the merrier, when we get some more people we will start running some ingame events.

Plenty more characters in the 10-30 range would be great so we can get some instances ran and also help each other out where needed on epic quests.

Welcome in advance!! :D

PS. 'Wes where are you? You got this whole ball rolling and you arent here yet!

Have a look at other people's professions before you pick your own, we seem to be a bit top-heavy on explorers at the moment. I've switched to armsman to compensate, but I'm envisioning a guild vault packed full of wood & metal and a marked scarcity of spare tailoring recipes. Obviously you can pick whatever you damn well like, nobody's going to stop you, but picking up an uncommon profession like Historian might land you with a bunch of free recipes. I've got about 10 tier 1/2 scholar recipes for the taking, if anyone's got a use for em.

I have a master jeweller and scholar too, but yeah, we could do with some woodworkers and metalsmiths. My next alt will probably go metalsmith, I have a hard time finding high level tools on the AH, and they make a hell of a difference in crafting.

What use does the scribe/historian skill have for your character? Not too fussed about professions so I will level one to help out

Historian has scholar, armsman and... something else, I forget. Scholar uses those tablet fragments and relics you find to make potions, wall paints (apparently) and books/scrolls. The books have varied effects, like increasing critical success chance for professions or lowering skill costs. This is all taken from my memory of the brief scan I did on the wiki, so check that out to see if it's got any appeal to you.

Edit: Farmer, weaponsmith, Scholar. The books scholars make are loremaster equips, and the scrolls do good things for crafting critical success rates. They also make scrolls of battle lore, whatever they are, and potions, dyes, bombs and paint. Definitely paint.

The only wiki the NHS filters let me access is crap.

Fire and light oil for hunter and wardens. Coats your arrows. For hunters it's actually really cool, in addition to doing light or fire damage, it changes some of your abilities, gives them a snare component or increased crit chance. Plus hunter light arrows look and sound cool, which is the most important thing :)

Suprising how many people don't realise they can use them.
