OCUK Order

Christ, you're lucky you ordered from Overclockers. You need to realise that they are going well above and beyond what is expected of even your average "decent" retailer here and be reasonable.

All companies will make mistakes with their customers - it's how they deal with them that truly defines them.
 
i think a facebook, internet campaign to get 5UB knighted or at least a mention in the Queens honors list is needed!! an absolute legend!! i have genuinely never come across such utter dedication to any companies cause by an employee. 5UB whatever you're getting paid mate it aint enough!!
 
Some above and beyond customer service on this thread. Shame this guy doesn't seem to realise this. 5UB you're a legend! :)

Haha that was good reading.. Sounds link a sting to me, I've never had a problem with any orders and I've prob had over 50+ I think the system just doesnt like you! :)

so think if somethink pre Orders they stop it all from going out. i thought that send me what in and send me the Backplate later would have been wait weeks for my Order

All sorted, you will receive an email shortly confirming the order being packed. Unfortunately there is no way to get the order delivered today as it was not dispatched yesterday.

For the delay I have refunded the shipping in full so you pay no shipping, I have upgraded the service to a pre-12 delivery so the order arrives with you on Monday morning. I have also added some goodies in the order too for the inconvenience caused.

This is the most I can offer, and I will speak to my colleagues on Monday to ensure that anything like this does not happen again. To be told a couple of times the order would ship and it hasn't was a mistake on our part and I apologise for the misleading information that you were given, this is very rare to happen and I am unsure as to where the broke down of communication went as I shipped the order myself with no problems at all (which you should know from the previous orders :)).

I hope you are happy with what I have done for you. - Any problems please do not hesitate to contact us on our support forums, unfortunately I need to go now as I need to put my car in for MOT shortly and I will not be online for most of the day.
