I tried Poker Stars years ago and it was rubbish, just grabbing the software now.

Confused about the start time. Says 9:30 in the OP, and starts at 8:20?

Yeah, it doesn't look like it's changed at all since then.
It was changed to 8:30 the other week, not sure why it hasn't been changed in the OP.

However, today's started 10 minutes earlier, which caught be off guard..
Either way, I failed at the first hurdle. I'm going to make lame excuses, but it seems really hard to figure out what the pot is and to adjust your bet accordingly.
I can't bet by picking random numbers out of the sky. I prefer to do by quarter pot, etc.

This client is pretty dire. Shame we can't use PKR or something which is a bit more interesting

Probably best to keep to it now though. Hope we have more next week.

Agreed on the time Gilly. Personally, I was expecting 8.30pm not 8.20pm.

Hi all,

Apologies for the mis-communication. I only myself realised it was 8:20 and not 8:30 shortly before the game. I also didn't realise I still had some 9:30 timestamps in the blurb in the top posts. That should be corrected now.

Beamer I'll update the spreadsheet tomorrow night for you.

I've also set up next week's game and it is at 20:30. Not 20:20, 21:20 or 21:30

Also got any invite from buzzbyp, can you post just to make sure you are a member here.

Really enjoyed last night's game. Much better without the "randoms" and bots. Seemed much less AFK as well. Good move from PokerIdol to PokerStars I think.
