You can't. The guys are PokerIdol have offered for us :)

Blackvault
probably trying to get themselves a larger userbase.

The software is very good, but they are seriously lacking in the system itself, very few tournies, not much selection in blinds.

free play is even worse, even the highest stakes are well besow the default free play money, meaning no one plays even close to seriously.

still, much better than SJ and I'll play with my £15 for as long as I can :D

I'll be up for this. I used to play quite a bit of online poker a year or two ago but haven't played for a while. I didn't used to play tournaments, just sit-and-play style, so I will be interested to see how I get on :)

Hey Guys!

My name's Chris Edwards and I'm the UK Manager for PokerIdol.

I've decided to jump into the thread so I can answer all support questions as I know it can be tricky joining a new poker site. I promise to abide to forum rules and will not do any promotion.

The tournaments are all entered into the system and will be visible in the client Thursday of every week, with registration opening 24 hours prior to the start.

I'm excited you've chosen PokerIdol for your league and good luck to all competitors.

What sort of games are you looking for? It could be that you have the wrong filters set in the client, or maybe looking in the wrong place.

Just checked out their site.... Its no Pokerstars but it does look interesting.

I just hope it's better than PKR atleast....

Am hoping you'll find it much better :) you'll also find it much more convenient than PS as we run everything according to EU peak times, no US.

Nice post count too

not exactly sure tbh, but there doesn't seem to be as much selection as I normally see.

On the free play side of things, there definitely needs to be some ring games with MUCH higher stakes than there corruntly is. At the moment the highest stakes table I could find has a max buy-in of $200, when you start with $1000 it quickly becomes all-in or nothing.also, freerolls aren't filterable like most sites, they are within the $0-6 filter and are much harder to find.

anyway, still going to spend some time trying to make some money

The EU time zone is cool. I'll definatley keep my eye on this site. Hope it grows to atleast half the size of Full Tilt and PS.

Im no Devil lol

I'll for sure forward on the suggestions about the play money side of things. Perhaps we could even look into a private OCUK play money table with the stakes you're interested in?

The filters are quite wide yes, but if you click on the 'Buy-in' column it will then sort all the tournaments in terms of Buy-in, so you can sell all Freerolls (or whatever level you'd like) grouped together :)

Well we've been growing continuously so the only way is up! Our network is on the vege of a HUGE merger too, which would put us very close to Tilt in terms of size.

I'm aware of the sorting ;)

I think it's just that I'm so used the the amount of filter options I get on FullTilt that it seems a bit lacking.

Don't get me wrong though, the client is very nice with some very nice litle bits (%s on all ins, current hand being shown, very nice inline hand histories)
