Haha, coming from 'Mr 160kg bench press', now that is impressive!

250posts? That's harsh! I would obviously have a biased here, though.

I don't think I'll top that bench, my RC is too fragile to do heavy bench, I stick to 100kg now and that's more than enough.

However, I want to get to over 200kg for squat and push past 250kg for DLs. At my bodyweight I should be on at least 220+ for squat and 270 for deads IMO.

I think I will put in that 250 rule, but I need to review it. I think since you're contributing to the forums and threads I will made use of some discretion. However, I'll think about it today and update my thoughts this evening.

Keep up the whining and we'll push for 1000 :p

I've also updated the OP with a published google spreadsheet for the top 20 lifts into their Wilks scores as kindly prepared by Oddjob.

Do you think we should leave it at top 20?

I've added a rule about 250 posts unless video proof is supplied.

Any other comments / additions?
