Stage 4 before you even get a Pc with it and even then it is only i5 4670k, 8Gb ram and a AMD270x (which they want over £1800 on its own)

Is it me or do you not even get a pc to play the game on included? So after spending well over 30k on a system...you need to go spend a further 3-5k on the best pc money can buy to run the game?
