Some **** tried that on my Leon in a supermarket carpark when it was filthy and left me with the deepest swirl marks I had ever seen.

I just remembered it's going to be sat at the airport over the weekend, just to add an extra bit of grime from aircraft and car fumes.

Hmmm, well I have a feeling that I am likely to only be able to get it booked in later next week. I am just concerned about bedding all that new oil etc in with a RR day without allowing a few days gap? or is this just me worrying about nothing?

Nah, the oil will be fine from the moment you drive off. The RR won't be that stressful on the engine anyway, certainly less so than redlining the car on the road as the car isn't fighting wind resistance.

Sorry, figure of speech. Essentially I know that you don't bed oil in, but was just checking whether I needed to allow any time to settle the car as the inspection 2 is quite full on from what I have read, gaskets etc?
