OCUK RR Meet Deux : Revenge is Coming

I have no idea how long it takes to get there so I can't say. Surely it makes sense though to have the people who live closest running the earliest? Saves the rest of us having to get up at 5am just to get there.

Well Mancester is hardly far from powerstation, straight down the motorway. :/

its just over an hour from stoke to powerstation, and manch is what, at most andother 30 mins, so say 2 hours drive if you drive at 80-85 ?

of course it makes sense for the closest to run first, which is why I need to know when people can arrive !! :P

ill do some cool pictures to show people the way from the motorway :) cant go wrong

:D

London is straight down the motorway from Leeds too. What a strange comment to make.

It takes me just under an hour to get to Manchester from my house, I'll be coming from work so it'll be a little longer than normal, plus I have to get to Manchester then get to below it to meet you guys.

I was looking to set off no earlier than 7:30, getting me to south Manchester for around 9:00.

From Leeds city centre it would take you 2:40, so can you leave @ 6am ish?

Why?

If the first runners are running so early, and it takes a bit to set it up for each car, I don't understand why we'd want to be setting off so early.

I suppose I could switch things round and set off at 6:30 or so, if absolutely necessary.

Did you do your 2:40 via the M62/M6 because thats longer than M1 first...

Not particularly. I want to get mine done, have a chat with everyone and have a good night out.

I can go to Well Lane down the road and see fast cars whenever I want and it doesn't cost anything.

Can someone confirm the date? (the first post says 2nd/3rd weekend in Oct).

ill clear that up :)

and to be honest, I cant see it being a problem as there are bound to be people dropping out

Doh, now just read your edit.

Had it been the 2nd or 3rd weekend, I'd have been there, but on the first weekend (Oct 2nd) I'll be in the US still.

Oh well, will have to attend OcUK RR part 3 :D

Damn guys, I'm going to have to pull out. We've been trying to get a date for my Baby Son's Christening and the only date availiable is on the 3rd, the same date as my other Son's birthday, so we are going to have to bring his party forward to Saturday 2nd.

Sorry peeps :(
