OCUK RR Meet Deux : Revenge is Coming

well, im back, many thanks to everyone who came, and massive thanks to bear and scuzi for helping out on the day due to the cancellations.

I did speak to Merlin about this who has expressed his concern. Was there anyone who was massively unhappy about their figure?

I should also state, rich the guy who runs the place said when I was paying we should pop to their new place (in tewkesbury) sometime for a look round, all new kit going in there etc. I might take a look when its all up and running :)

Would also like to say thankyou to Zoltans Dad for making an appearance :) was good to see you :)

cheers for all the comments for thanks, but in reality, it was you guys who made it the day it was, I just worried like a mother****** until the mondeo faithful arrived to boost the numbers, aswell as bear and scuz jumping in to run to help numbers :)

as ive said mate, im quite happy to e-mail him and say a few people seem a bit :| about the results, explain we want to go back there again as it was such a good day etc etc see if they offer anything to go to their new place

when the new powerstation arrives (late december) ill pop down and take a look and see what I think.

I wouldnt consider doing one until at least march
ideally, april/may, nearly everyone will have done mods or something by then, in doing this we can get a nice large turnout hopefully :p
 
they'll prolly get uploaded into this thread at some point, unless of course we get someone to do a website with all the images on, and links to all the vids.... iirc,

R220, Merlin, AustinPowers and Chenko did video clips....

I was going to suggest us making a site which could be linked to from a sticky with all RR based stuffs in, sub page for each member, piccies + vids of the cars with the graphs etc on there :)

anyone interested? :)

oi :p Ill have you know my focus hasnt used a drop of oil, and id of clearly had you on the chase up to the pub if it wasnt for those twisties ;)

there were a good 3 turns on that hill :p

I clearly blame it on my full tank of fuel, and austin cutting me up to get past that beige fiesta or whatever it was ... im more impressed that I kept Vertigo at bay :eek: I moved over expecting him to whoosh past, but the TDCi did me proud :cool:

hehe :) I know a diesel will never be quite the same as a petrol, but its pretty good fun for younger drivers imo :) coming on boost from low revs feels like your being propelled through warp speed, wheras the faster petrols ive been in or driven seem quite, relaxed?
