It's not a glitch - there's a button on elfster where recipients can 'send a message' to their santa/the person who drew them to ask questions.

Yep I use sigrotor! As to the actual sigs, I just take images from google and resize/crop/stick my username on them

Mine is hidden underneath all the other presents as my SS told me not to look at the bottom of it! I may request special dispensation to open it on Friday though as, unless I get a lift back to my parents for Christmas, it's going to be a struggle taking everything on the train.
