Hey mate.
Sorry about all the HUGE delay.
I've started a new job which has left me sod all time to go and get it, and my girlfriend has been working mad hours and also wasn't able to get it (plus, she also forgot about it!). Anyway, it's been picked up today by her so it's sitting at her house. I'll go and get it either later tonight or tomorrow (I got a day off! Woo!). Sorry about the delay, I'm a bad man! Pictures will be posted ASAP.

Haha, she did mention a few things about it. I think she was quite embarrassed when the postman gave it to her... so to speak, haha!
Due to work commitments, and life getting in the way I only had a chance to get my gift today so sorry for the delay!
My girlfriend collected it from the post office yesterday, and I got it from her. She got a funny look from the postman because of what the box said and I had to do some explaining. I saw that the box said it had glass on it so I got excited (it had to be booze!). However, upon opening it I couldn't believe it! Truly amazed and so grateful to Homer_Simpson! Gone so much beyond what was needed, and looking forward to cracking it open after dinner. Here are some pictures:

I saw your post in the alcohol thread (I think) and thought I had to get it you! I saw a great deal on it but it was out of stock 
This was why it took so long! I did have a bunch of butt plug stickers and I was going to put them all over the package but when the delivery address changed I thought that would be way too cruel
