i had a msg from your SS Friday night saying that it was posted to you first class recorded on Monday,
they were concearned that you'd not posted to say you'd received it, i asked them to check the tracking their end but havnt heard back from them yet,
il get some tracking info off them for you...

Negative, can only track it on parcel2go and not Hermes themselves.

3 deliveries attempted, and the cards that were stuffed behind the intercom box had no info other than my house number and saying they will reattempt tomorrow

Hermes are absolutely atrouciois around my way

If my SS can confirm what’s going on and maybe change the address to a friends business address where there’s will always be someone there during the day?

I sense many of the carriers are struggling this year. I have had several missed deliveries from big companies like Dyson, Naked Wines, Apple and Fitbit, all missing promised dates and all causing me a pain in the backside and needing phone calls to vendors/carriers to find out WTF is going on. We are difficult to find, but all of these have simply been failures to get from depot and in the DPD/Dyson case a lost parcel, which I sort of suspect is now wrapped in some carriers house...might be wrong of course...
