*** OcUK Secret Santa UnWrap Thread 2017 ***

The wrapping paper was a tesco special lol.

Is the drone ok? I didnt want to get you a small one and i have no idea lol.

The catapencil is just brilliant lol.

The drone has been great fun. I've got a 250mm and a 450mm drone which are just too big to fly indoors, the little nano one i have for indoors is always breaking rotors. This one has been absolutely brilliant and is very sturdy indeed.

This is one of the many reasons i was later posting but you've totally caused an addiction. I wanted to include these in my thank you reply and only got chance to get to tesco today to get some more bags! :D

Its probably just me but for the 3/4 years i have done this luckily my victims have posted in a day or so which tbh is most of the fun, I would be a bit sad / miffed if i got somebody posting a week after the event because they kinda had to, I do appreciate some circumstances could cause this but not for the amount Cainer is chasing for.

Thanks Cainer for another great year, i enjoyed it as usual

Also thanks to my S.S

I wasnt even at home to open the presents within a day or so of christmas. Plans changed and we spent several nights with relatives then came back to a manic week at work. I enjoy looking through the complete thread and adding in my reply, sadly around christmas i simply dont have the time to get on the forums often. Probably shouldnt read too much into late replies tbh, people do things differently and it doesnt detract from how much the gifts have been appreciated ;)

Thanks also to cainer for organising it all.
Merry Christmas everyone!

No problem mate, i love these multi tools for my bike and thought it'd be handy for the trip to france! Alp de huez has amazing views, you'll love it. Can't believe the postage took so long for first class, thought i was going to have to rebuy and send special delivery! Glad to see the mug made it there in one piece as well! :o

That hardly seemed warranted and is not in the spirit all of this is about.

Everyone has individual circumstances and enter knowing they can reply in the timescale Cainer sets or receive a reply in the timescale Cainer sets.

The time to start moaning is if/when people do NOT reply within that timescale but even then, it is not always clear cut.

It is Christmas and people get caught up in lots of different things which make the sometimes even "simple" tasks more difficult.

Well I have been spoilt by rotters! I am particularly terrified by the cap extract drops. It's rare that I get something hot enough to scare me so well done! Also enough chocolate and sweets to give me diabetes. Clearly a man who understands good music too ;)

Thanks very much mate!

I know it’s not aimed at me, but I use psycho drops. When I had a bad cold I was adding them to soups to make a nice spicy broth. Cleaned my nostrils right out. Obviously no flavour just heat, but certainly do the business for adding a kick to things. I find four to five drops makes an ordinary curry for four into vindaloo level. For chillies and things I prefer to use a fruity chilli sauce.

How on earth are you supposed to get a single drop of that stuff to spread evenly in a curry or something? You'd get one bit that knocks your block off!

I've been using it to jazz up soups and noodles. It's blisteringly hot but as it isn't a sauce with a flavour of its own I haven't tried dumping it on any non liquid food yet (mostly because I just use fresh chilli's if I'm cooking and need the heat, and because a sandwich covered in extract sounds a bit wack).

If you happen to munch a lot of super noodles or soups, it is awesome. That much I can confirm!

Also, the Bluetooth speaker was quite handy when a colleague and I had to sit in our stock room for 2hrs boxing stock.
