Honestly mate, it's a brilliant present, I adore chillies and can't wait to set about using them! Tis a great gift and I'm very happy with it indeed!My intestinal issues that I'm currently having are gluten and soya related and with any luck nothing more than that so nothing too serious I hope... will find out after a...camera procedure
But rest assured I will be back on chilli-related foods as soon as possible, and I can't wait to try out the different varieties. I must admit I keep smelling the different packages!!
Glad you like them. Your posts about sous vide cooking and other bits steered me in that direction plus I recall you posted about trying Ancho Chilli. Can't say I am a fan of chillies but a colleague at work also bought a pack after I pointed her to the site.
