its a shame really they had to use the 3.6ltr Porsche engine as there 4ltr Alfa Romeo V6 wasnt ready in time

Hi All

Sorry for the late post, been a busy man since i got back so heres some photos and a bit of blurb.

Thanks to everyone that came, the weekend was fantastic ( especially friday night as allways ) but i can announce that ( to elliots dismay ) i didnt end up face down in the BBQ but i did crawl into bed with possibly the worst headache ive ever experianced. Vicki took the last paracetamol and everyone was oviousley asleep so i layed there in the worst pain FREEZING my balls off. I got so cold that in the end i jumped in my car to warm up for 20 minutes

The Racing was top knotch, if im honest i was a little dissapointed with the "supercar" aspect, seemed a bit of a half hearted effort really but the racing was soo good it didnt really make any odds.

Apologies for the pub choice, next meet ( look out for a thread SOON ) i will make sure i organize a better pub. But fair play to the pub for allowing a 20 people booking with a 1 hour arrival time

Anyway, Thanks to all for turning up, hope you enjoyed A. the new venue and B. The Racing / Fun and Frolics.

Pictures of the campsite etc will be put up when my DVD ( with 1.6 gb of photos ) turn up from ben but untill then ill post some of the racing.

There was another one there as well on the Sunday. It was outside the Silverstone Motor Club building with for sale signs in the windows - He wanted 12k for it!!

Yeah, the one for sale near the track was up for 12k. Bit steep!!! It was W reg and had about 50k miles on it IIRC. It also had an official spolier that looked absolutely gash. I have a picture but I'd have to get it off my phone.

The car isnt worth 12,000 , i think he could get £9500 for it at a push

For £12,000 you can get a minter with around 12k on the clock , i would say myn is in better condition than the one up for sale ( in the pictures ) and ive spent around the same as him in the last 6 months
