OCUK Suck!

Sucks, I bought a samsung t220 B grade for £150 then two days later they reduced the non b grade version to £132 :(

never rang up though Q_Q

If you weren't happy then I guess you can only complain, but don't expect to be allowed to use OcUK's paid-for forums to do it. In my experience, the shop are willing to bend over backwards, if you only take the time to ask them before shooting your mouth off on here. So all in, a bit of a moot point? :D

Partly agree, but it doesn't always work - all systems can fail. I had the order from hell experience, went through the web note system, no joy at all, and the 'private' customer forums didn't really get me anywhere, though rjkoneill did try and help as much as he could. It left me with a bad impression, and I have yet to buy anything since, though due to my addiction to these forums I can see that happening again eventually :D
