I asked in an RMA thread where I could give a good tesimonial about their CS and was told I am aloud to post and big them up in General discussion :P
(No I was not forced into this ;) )

Well I first started with a post about getting a b3 replacement for the p67 chipsets and was told they had none of the Asus b3s in stock. I was good with that so I carried on with my life.

As a matter of fact I had webnoted them about a new GTX580 which was artifacting out of box and within about an hour I had an RMA number!

AND THEN my razer mamba started making a huge rattling noise which I didn't want in a £100 mouse so I also enquired about that and yet again an RMA number in no time.

I spoke to them a little more about delivery and found out that they re-imburse delivery payments of up to £20 which is all well as they referred me to royal mail special delivery which was £21.50 with £500 insurance which was what it was all worth.

So superb service!

Then the best part is. I sent them out wednesday. By Thursday before Midday I had recieved 2 emails that the 2 products will be replaced and the mamba was sent out that day and recieved today and was waiting on stock for the gtx580 which has been dispatched today.

So 2 days RMA service.

1 word sums up this service.

Incredible!

Thank you so much OcUK as I was mouse-less(Pretty much as all I have is a micro mouse)

And I was also graphics cardless and was worried I was going to have to wait for the GPU to be sent back to manufacturer but OcUK Sorted me out good.

Yeah I gotta agree. I raised a post in the "OcUK matters" section of the board in mid-2009 for a board/CPU/RAM bundle that was no longer POSTing. Someone got back to me that same night and it wasn't even during office hours. Did a few diagnostics. Next morning at start-of-business, a member of staff generated an RMA number and the bundle was turned around in 1 week.
 
I have to say that's pretty impressive - and it's nice to hear a positive story for once!

All to often forums seem to get filled with people complaining, so its nice when people report on the positives as well.

I should think that's the least they can do if you are returning faulty goods! Why is it capped at £20?
 
the build quality on my dad's ocuk pc was great i'm seriously thinking for getting one when i drive over in the summer
 
They are good these days :)
Nothing beats iiyama RMA though, phone up, give them serial number of faulty monitor, swap out replacement on your doorstep next day no questions asked :o

I can also say I've never had a problem at the store or online. The customer service is fantastic imo.

I have read a lot re OC/UK's customer service over the years, a lot of it not very flattering.

That said, in my own experience, I have never had an issue.

Lots are quick to the web with a complaint, rarely the opposite.

**** off the place that funds the forums etc.... Can see why our rules are fitting.
 
For my 10pence worth I have had great customer service from OC so far. Only had one damaged item on delivery and it was swapped immediately (over the counter) and they gave me the impression they cared and were genuinely sorry for the inconvenience. Nice one OC :)

Exactly, we all know what we're in for when you sign up to a private companies forum. Perhaps Brian can reflect upon on his holiday to less well moderated forums where racism/flaming/trolling is at best ignored and at worst actively tolerated.
