constant error 503 service unavailable tonight and when i does load i get a blanked out grey center with the adds either side ad just acc, contact and support on top, nowt else displays


forums starting to be a bit flakey now too

every other website i goto is fine

was in the process of buying a b grade item, wanted to use paypal, started processing the order, no paypal option, pressed back to see what was going on and the item had disappeared.

ok, fair enough, someone else had nabbed it.

Just checked my account now and my order history is showing the order is in progress, even though i never completed the order.

Even my email shows nothing. Teething problems with new site no doubt.

Bit cheeky listing a 6600K with a 3.9GHz clock speed. Its default is 3.5GHz and it only boosts to 3.9GHz on one core.

On the plus side, i ordered what was still in my basket and the price had gone down by £10 when i finally paid for it, so i am happy that the site threw a wobbly of sorts. Result ;D

Yep we are XD, not my design but about two years of work went in to making it work

Purely out of interest, why did it take so long? Especially so because the site is now using pre built ecommerce software - www.shopware.de - that takes a huge amount of work away. Granted, you probably have other systems that the site needs to talk to, but even so, 2 years is a huge amount of time.

Was it a case of lots of different parties having their say for example?

Yup. Only displays if we manually enter "http:" wherever it's missing in the BBCode text.
