It makes me upset that I can't update the firmware on my OCZ Agility 3 (which are on 2.11 now) as it's used as a primary drive (which wasn't the case with the 1st gen OCZ SSD's!)

I need to update as I am still getting random BSOD and this has confirmed that I need to update to 2.15 FW asap

Is there any other easy way to update the firmware?
Do I really need to take the OCZ Agility 3 out of my primary PC to update it?

Is this possible, updating it over a network as both my PC's see each other...

I would like to know a solution to this as very soon, I will have to shift my 2nd and 3rd desktop PC due to it taking up too much room in my baby room.

Thus, making it even more difficult to update the firmware if I ever have to do it in the near future again...

Thanks bremen1874, I really appreciate your help and quick response!

What's the best version of Linux to use this with, I have no experience of Linux what so ever!!

It's a version of Linux ready prepared for you. Download it, burn it to a CD (or a USB stick if you prefer), and then boot from it.

All the information you need is there if you read the provided guides.
