Unfortunately in recent years, their quality of their products have gone downhill. As they got a reputation for poor products and financial problems, people have been less likely to buy their goods, and they've ended up folding.
They had it easy years ago when they were one of the first companies to bring enthusiast products to the mainstream market, but now of course competition has gone up, and you can get better products from many other companies. I think OCZ didn't respond well to the changing market, and getting a bad reputation for their products killed them off.
