I've had the drive for almost year now, working completely fine last night, turned the machine on this morning and the drive is now not even being recognized by the bios. Have tried the drive in two separate machines to no avail so decided to look around on the web to find a solution.
Read somewhere about SSD's entering 'panic mode' if the computer encounters an error/enters sleep mode? Now this was related to Vertex 2/3 most of the time but was wondering if it can relate to the very first vertex model and if there is anyway to fix it?
Like I said, it was running perfectly fine last night and for the past (almost) 12 months, then this morning I turned the machine on, went about my business, came back to find the message "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device".
