You shouldn't have any problems since the PS3 is region free, however you won't be able to use any DLC from the EU PSN Store. I think DS3 uses an Online Pass so I don't think you'll be able to redeem that on a UK account (if you plan on playing MP that is), but you could always create a US account and go down that route.

Thanks for the info.

Not particularly bothered about the multiplayer.

Just not sure about the DLC. I don't often buy DLC, but there's always the chance will want to. Probably worth spending a bit more for a uk version just in case.
