I just phoned O2 on a semi-related query and I was told that because I'd only been with them for 2 months (I'm on Simplicity 20), they'd only be able to offer me the same deals as were available on the website. I didn't ask them anything specific or push the matter as I'm in two minds about whether I can justify a new phone or not. Certainly he said you can't keep your phone number going from one O2 contract to another.
 
I've been using the camera for a few shots.

Is it me or is there an overexposure problem when you use the flash? The pictures seem very "odd" when the flash is used

Phone them up and tell them "my mate got the following deal [describe the deal at this point]". They may well match it.

A similar thing happened when I was at Vodafone. My mate renewed with them and a few days later I also renewed and got a blatantly better deal. My mate phoned Vodafone and pretty much said "this is what a person I know got", and they gave him an improved offer.
 
Anyone got Navigation Wayfinder working?

Mine says it cannot connect to the interent, yet 3G / GPRS / WiFi is all working!
 
Couple of questions...

How long is your battery life? I'm getting only about 48h, of which less than 30mins is talk time and not much WAP either. Quite poor

How are you finding the camera? I dont think the pictures that it takes are very good, esp with the flash, it sometimes comes out overexposed or has areas which are "too white".... borked phone?
 
I'm thinking about getting it, not too sure. I'm not too fussed on what it does (camera, walkman) since I have a DSLR and an iPod to do that lot for me. I want it because it looks nice.

Might get a C902. Too many phones out tbh.
 
Got mine earlier =D
18 month, £30/month, 600min, unlimited texts and internet. Not bad, seeing as I was going through well over that on PAYG, per month.

Love the phone so far, camera's ace, loudspeaker for music is crisp and clear (not that I'll be playing it on the bus like a chav, headphones thanks), playback quality is ace, etc.

One question though, any apps available to use the flash as a torch/flashlight? I've heard some phones have it, but maybe it's just not available on the Vodafone firmware?

Anyone know what OS this phone uses, and the potential to run emulators on it, Any mods, Firmware releases or a decent resource for me to check out and see what this phone capable of.

I understand there might be nothing at the moment given that this phone has only been out for a short while.
