Who was it that kept screaming "Get it off meh" when a Smoker or Hunter got him in the VS? That was hilarious!

I think that was KES, sounded like a proper northener, made me chuckle with him shouting like it was real life. But we were all like that

woke up in the early hours last night thinking i heard a boomer...realised it was just my dad snoring!

I heard someone behind me in the office cry like a little girl, scard the bejesus out of me soo much that I flicked around on my chair, but also flicked off my monitor just incase it put out too much light

It was some damn woman making silly crying noises wih a friend.

No friends anymore, as I petrol bombed her

Of course, there aren't when they've just been picked up.

Dingleberry and I tried the bathroom tactic in Blood Harvest. The PUGs had their own idea, but luckily got in the way when the tank came along!



Shame we ran out of ammo, it might have worked.

LOL. That happened to use too. We all got puked on by a boomer the second the tank spawned. We didn't know at the time as we were too busy fighting off the horde. The tank ended up rushing us while we were in the bathroom and trapped us in there. I was able to squeeze past him but he had already killed Lyon and Sharpy. That was fun.

If your team is going to use the bathroom tactic, make sure you get out of there quickly when the tank comes.

Had a great game last night and managed to get the Stand Tall and Red Baron achievements playing Dead Air (obviously) on advanced. Only had one other decent player on the team and there was one AI player, but it worked out pretty well.

I've added a few of you guys and joined the group through Steam. I look forward to playing with some of you in the future!

just got this and not sure what to make of it, tried the Single player, but i gather it's geared up for pure online play? graphics are great and the game play is good. but playing online is the way fwd then? which mode is the best?

There is no 'best' mode, it all depends on what you want. Versus is 4v4 and i find it a nice fun game thats a laugh. Where as the campaign can also be great fun but its much more tacticle and you have to plan ahead and be carefull of what you are doing.

Well I thought the human shield was rather successful, but I guess it would also be a good opportunity to restock on ammo.

Just open up Steam friends and click add player/name.

Then type they're name in.

I think it has to be the steam ID, rather than just the nickname, mind. I've added one or two complete strangers in the past because of that.

Have noticed a load of you have added me (carrot1401) but just wanna point out I can't play games online at the mo Brought L4D cause TF2 and CS:S work online at uni halls, yet L4D gives me a 'failed connection after 10 tries' everytime the match is loaded. Guessing there's an extra port that CS:S and TF2 don't use which is blocked
