Same. Dunno how valve could screw up so bad. I couldn't play wiht my friend last night because everytime he started the game it would decide to send us to some random passworded server!

We only managed to play in the end because my connection is so bad that when I try to start it is not able to find any servers, thus giving me the option to host.

Why on earth there isnt a straight up option to host is beyond me.
 
As others have said - you can avoid the matchmaker entirely and use a regular ol' server browser if you wish.

I personally think the matchmaker will be very good once it's sorted though.
 
Anyone tried the 360 demo yet? I have a code for both the PC and 360 but have yet to play either. Never really took interest in the game, but hopefully this demo will convince me :D
 
Seems they've sorted out the issues from last night, just played expert with Robert1986 for about and hour and a quarter and it was a fantastic experience :)

Can't wait now, i'm so glad because last night I had the right 'ump with it! :p
 
This game is unplayable with AI bots on expert. I was just in a game with DG and we had 1 bot on our team. He kept on alerting witches and dying. lol.

I'm already regretting not pulling a sick day... ;)

Really looking forward to playing this at a LAN. 4 vs 4 zombies and humans..le ******* rock.

Just run into my 1st tank in an online game, he didn't like me at all. :o
Emptied all my main gun ammo into him but he still kept coming, luckily just as he knocked me to the ground a team mate managed to kill him.
 
anyone else having bad technical issues? I could play a game fine then in the second my computer started stuttering badly.

Also I activated developer console in game but can't use it with the usual key, anyone know how to use it?
