***OFFICAL*** Left 4 Dead Thread!

great games last night with myself, catface, Hops and noodle and then nearer the end link :)

We wer just playing some expert campaigns Blood Harvest and Dead Air i think, myself cat and link were all on the drink and it was lols all the way.

is it just me or does even expert campaigns now seem tame compared to ocuk versus games :)
 
ive always found the vs to be the hardest games. the only exception to this is boomers because they can really mess you up quickly with the strength of the general infected. but generally its easier, no real clever ideas and 25 damage pounces.

I find it funny as well not having to worry about smokers dragging you away as 3 of you jump down the sewers etc.
 
I still need to unlock the expert campaign acheivements. I have others still to unlock (43/51) but those two are the only ones I'm hugely bothered about.

You're doing ok skippi. First games last night you did well for your first games. In future though, try to stay for a whole campaign (You left partway through the second one) and if (for whatever reason, tons of valid ones :)) you do have to leave early, say that you are leaving, so that others don't think you've Rage Quitted. People who rage quit often don't usually get invited into games as often.

But yeh, anyway you're doing fine. Just keep practicing :)

Yeah, sorry about that. My connection was playing up again. Camera kept spinning around and graphics were glitching.

It was too fun last night to get annoyed. :p

Can you only add them with their steam account name?

Edit: Wait.. the steam account ID is the one for the url and the steam name is the actual account name that you type in to add them?

Edit2: Lol.. i'm confused.. what are the different names corresponding to? And which do i use to add them?

use steam name to add them ;) if that doesn't work then use steam ID.... when typing mine Grudas144 it might not accept it so change G to g ;)

Yeah, if use your head it's impossible for the smoker to kill you there.

Also sorry for leaving half way through last night around 7pm. Time just flies playing this game on vs, i had to have a shower and meet the missis family at the tandori by 8 so i was pushed for time. I just hope no one thought i raged because we were loosing most of the rounds :D
