edit: now it does. I restarted Steam and that fixed it for me!

Could try forcing steam to update or whatever, by deleting the clientregistry.blob...makes it do stuff sometimes

Just don't blame me for anything...lol

I kept restarting steam but no joy. Just re-booted my comp and there it was. getting 100kps

Fluctuating between 450k and 700k for the past 15 mins. 48% downloaded now (of the whole thing, not the patch as i haven't preordered)

Mine's stuck at 60KB/s, which is half of what my maximum speed is. I guess it's an extremely popular and desirable download.
