Yeah that was ridiculous! There was a Hunter round almost every corner and the Tanks are pretty much unstoppable unless you have full HP.

Was fun though! :D

Don't forget to place the petrol tanks and use the fire!
Best thing to do against tanks is run around so that he keeps climbing over stuff and just keep pummelling the bullets in.
 
Well im abit late to the party but i just tried the demo and im really impressed how good this looks on my old agp 6600gt as i thought it would look pants with gfx turned down.Big up valve for making another great game!

As long as you have above 50hp tanks are quite manageable, you have to run them up and down the map but you could actually take them down with pistols (if you have the time and inclination). It takes so long that the chance of making a mistake is rather high though, like running backwards firing at the tank giving chase, then fumbling over a bin. Quite frustrating, I still love the thrill of a tank though.

We were joking around when we said that, but that really was a golden week!

I've not been playing last 2 nights really, you still demo-ing it up or are you waiting for the game now?
 
Yeah Ive wound down a little bit now, usually playing one session a day. Theres only so much you can get out of two levels, 17 hours so far, bring on the full game.

Thanks, but is there a way to access the community list in game? Because at the moment I only appear to be able to see my actual friends.

I've backed off from playing the demo, I want the full game to be somewhat fresh. You up for a game on Tuesday when the full game comes out? :)
 
Finally beat it on expert with bots only, no deaths till the "last stand" then they all got boomered and I had to torch the room with molotovs. Good practice for the full game!
