Is it just me or has the tank gotten weaker in expert campaign mode?

I've just finished soldering up a cable so I can use my mic, I should be ready for a game at 11 once I get the mic set up.

I bought this from Steam a couple of days ago, when that 50% reduction was on so got it for £13.50 
And wow it's such a good and addictive game! And i've only played single player as of yet.
Though i'm a bit disappointed there's only 3 good main weapons. I expected there to be at least another set of weapons, including a different handgun. But still, it's a good game

With a lot of information in one thread and a lot of the same questions being asked i have setup a little site for the OcUk L4D people. Might be usful to post some common stuff here and any problems/requests regarding the servers.

Sometimes you just have to laugh so I thought I’d share my own incompetence.
I’ve been having a few ‘lag’ issues over the last week. The further into the game I get the harder it is to control movement. Last night I was properly Tanked a couple of times as I just couldn’t run away, the game just kept stalling and periodically while crouching my character would just stand up for no reason … not good when the someone’s shooting over you!
I’ve asked others in the same game and no-one was having issues. Checked the ping, typically <50ms. Speed test gives me the full 10 Mbit.
I checked the CPU and GPU temps, dropped the resolution, turned off mulitcore rendering and still no improvement. At the end of last night’s game it was like walking in treacle. A similar effect to limping along with one health point but far worse.
Anyhow this morning I had an idea …..
My keyboard is wireless ….. perhaps it’s time for some new batteries.

Just wanted to say hello, I’ve been lurking on these forums for a few years now, so I thought it was about time I posted something. Had some great games with a quite a few of you since I bought this over the weekend, looking forward to more of the same.
Also I was wondering if anyone knew if there is a console command or something similar to invite players into your game (while in game), I’m pretty new to steam and I haven’t found out how to do this yet (google powers are weak).
