***OFFICAL*** Left 4 Dead Thread!

It's not even in my games list... does the STEAM site have problems with firefox or something? I bought the game via the website and then clicked the "Yes I have steam" button. Nothing appears in my STeam...

Just done Blood Harvest expert with Ezee (friend), Demon and Disaster from here. 1hr 9mins :D well pleased with that.

Pretty good teamwork throughout the game, really enjoyed it.

Now just have the other 3 to complete on expert :p

How's the server going for everyone? I did a(nother) big overhaul earlier today and the CPU usage has literally halved :o

Looks like it really needed it :p

Last night one of them was a bit jerky I must admit....The zombies would end up warping a couple of times.

I played a Co-op with some IRL friends on one of the OcUK servers last night after 10pm. It was a bit slow in places with zombies warping about. Latency aws alright though ~ 40m/s.

Yeah it was the same with us last night :)

Ping was fine, just occasional warping....didn't effect me much though.
 
The server ran fine, but at some places jutted around a bit for us aswell last night.

Good game despite the odd jump however. I joined a little late and we had a reasonably even game, I was on the same team as harrier, steve and hops. Annoyingly though in the finale (no mercy), harrier got smokered, so I went down to save him, he got boomered, meaning i had to keep battering the infected off him, i looked up, hearing cries over the mic and both steve and hops were down with hunters killing them, i managed to shoot the hunter off one, but the other was out of range (behind something). Why Steve had decided to run over there I have no idea. Then Harrier died and i was boomered. We lost soon after that :( Good fun though. :)

Great fun last night on vs with you guys.

Especially on the bit when the etendable lift goes up. A survivor got pulled down and bummed with a mate, then as the guy opened the hatch to come and help them I pounced on him as soon as it opened.

Love the teamwork, and it's especially pant pooping when 3 hunters all jump into a room at once :D:D:D
