Do any of you fancy a daily (in the week) early riser game?

I usually wake at around 6am, but don't need to start getting ready until 8am, so I have two hours each morning to play :)
 
Not played in months as got bored of maps but appears there is a good few new maps. Is this death aboard the one to go for.

This. These two should be killed first. Makes the game much better :p

Then again the double team of me and Kearney on ocuk4 last night was pretty good. The pair of us as hunters killed all four members of the other team... (Sorry Huddy, had to be mentioned :D)
 
Having some weird stuttering problem atm.


Every time i spawn or die it seems to lagg out and stutter for about 10 seconds. ping is fine though :/

Karny with his hunting rifle is number one priority
Defrag with his uber skills so there is less chance of rescue for the other survivors
Watch out for link when he is drunk
Oh yeah and try to watch out for Dingleberry (you will know what I mean)

I resent only being called dangerous when I'm drunk! :p

Anyway. OcUK 3 now has a few new config files on it. A couple need testing and they are listed below if anyone wants to try them. They are an 8 player coop, which sets the difficulty to expert mode and makes things quite a bit harder on the survivors and an 8 player survival mod. I have now also made a resetlink.cfg file on it which I will build into the cfg menu for admins. This basicly resets all the changes made by any of the special configs made by me.

Configs on OcUK 3,4 and 5 (and later 1,2 and 6):
1. l8d.cfg
2. survival8.cfg
3. resetlink.cfg

As far as testing goes, on MY servers bots don't tend to spawn. It may allow extra survivors though when players join, we will have to see.

Superversus has also had a couple of changes and is on version 1.04:
-Survivors now have less health when picked up (back at 60)
-Survivors cannot crawl
-Boomer range increased

have someone stand on the metal vent to block the tank from spawning anywhere but the room with the window. rotate who goes on top for ammo runs. stay away from the right side as smokers drag you off the edge of building. as soon as tank nears switch to shotty (but he normally will get stuck on the window)

Hi could someone link me to all that's needed to get an 8v8 server running correctly? Was at a lan at the weekend but it didn't really work...just crashed at the end of first map or only let 4 infected spawn at once (the other 4 sat waiting to spawn).

Got the mods...think it's just a config issue but a general point in the right direction would be superb (I've tried searching and digging through this thread but 268 pages!?)

It took me and Link (mostly Link) quite a bit of faffing to get it working. If you would prefer an easy way to do it, there's a mod by the same guy that made Hunter Games that does the job (but doesn't have lots of the fun modifications that Link has made to infected to improve gameplay).
 
If I see anyone else extract the urine from Kurnie's name then I'll nom your brains!

I just refer to him as "K" or "Special K" :D
