I'm struggling to find decent servers, as a player used to Dod, tf2, cs etc the server search function in l4d leaves a lot to be desired.

Is there a something I'm missing or do you really need to have your friends playing to get the most out of the game?

I'm really starting to get into this. I'd really like to get in on some bigger games as well.

EDIT: My brother had a bit torrent client open hence why your pings were ~1700 at the end. :rolleyes:
 
luv this game apart from since i upgraded to 24inch iiyama lcd i now have mouse lag, dont think its input lag as my other games dont have it. my old monitor was crt and was fine..
anyone got any ideas? mabe a setting i have not looked at

card is a 8800gtx here is the settings, all settings are the same from when i used 1024x768 and 4:3 on my old crt to my new monitor 24" lcd settings below

vsync? in what way through nvida control panel? or is there setting ingame , i just find it weird that it was fine on the old crt

mouse sensitivity i dono why u think that has anything to do with it , i move mouse it doesn't move for split second, cant have anything to do with mouse sense imo? but i could be wrong

Vsync is what you have set to triple buffered in your screenshot.

Mouse sensitivity is another option you can try if the vsync doesn't solve your issues. It seems logicial to me as it is a mouse issue that you describe, but obviously I don't know unless you try it.
