***** Official 2014 BBQ Thread - Sun is out, time to grill!! *****

I'm still bbqing most weekends, but i always forget to take any pictures, smoked a pork loin using plum wood this sunday just gone and it was delicious. Christmas day i'm cooking a rib roast in the wsm, and might need to get the one touch going also.

Balancing a christmas dinner with all the trimmings using just one oven is a royal pain in the arse.
