Looks like it as the hubs and brakes were still attached to the wayward wheels..

It does look like they weren't attached properly; you can see the wobble as he leaves the pits.

I turn on about 5 minutes before the race starts and turn off about 5 minutes after it finishes cos 90% of Skys coverage has nothing of value.
