I think its just a case of Ham racing 90% of his career with all 4 wheels being the same size. Those larger wheels really mess up racing at times

its meant to be for the cause not the effect, except when it isn't, stewards can be odd on that sometimes

5sec definitely doesn't make up for causing PIA to pit, especially when RUS got the same penalty for no contact.
