Team sport, impressive machine they’ve built, ironic that so many will call it a toxic environment, whilst they produce one of the most dominant cars ever.

Gasly had a bit of a strop...

Gasly pit radio - Swap back round please

Gasly - Wait? What the ****? You're kidding me? Why are you saying that? I was faster. I'm on fresher rubber. If he could get past me I would overtake anyway

Pit - We'll discuss it in the office. Please swap round please

Gasly - Are you serious? You're being serious? I started in front, I was in front the whole race, you let his undercut me, and then....

Pit - Mate, I'm not joking. Instruction call from the pit wall. Let's do it next time round please turn 16

Gasly - I'm doing it...

Pit - Copy thank you. Don't have to say anything now, we'll discuss it after. That's the chequered flag Tsunoda 12th.

Pit - Ok, so stop the car in parc ferme.

Gasly - It's ok, it's ok mate. Let's dtop here. It's ok. I understand. I understand what you're doing. It's like... ok...

Pit - Let's discuss it out of the car mate. Switch off.

They need a balance someone that does enough to help win constructers while not have what it takes to put pressure on Max

Pretty much had that with Perez but recently he has been dreadful

If the other teams make progress and get closer to Max they can start tag teaming pressure would really be on Perez

They’re probably keeping Perez for next year and will swap him out if any of the other teams manage to catch-up.

Seeing how RIC and LAW pan out first before promoting.

Congrats to RB indeed but this is exactly how they want it.

Enough points and the "odd" good result from Perez, but not enough from him to pressure Max in anyway.

Look at all the other teams - McLaren drivers close together today, Merc racing each other etc....

Perez's move today was a disgrace - desperate lunge, from someone who knows they are under serious pressure for that seat.

It was similar with Merc. As they got reeled in the skill gap between Bottas and Hamilton really started to show and the results slipped for them as a team. But before that the car domination allowed them to win with no real issues.

Perez is not even close though, hes scraping some bottom points rather than a distant second.
Red bull were toxic with their drivers for a long time before him so maybe they are trying to change thst
