I was looking at flights/hotels for a long weekend before the Mrs intervened.A friend has a free ticket going but getting there is going to be a bugger as nice as it would be, think I'll be watching on the TV!
To Vegas from Heathrow is around £800 but the return leg isn't direct. Hotels are fairly reasonable atm too. The cost isn't the issue, it's the logistics of it all getting back for work etc!I was looking at flights/hotels for a long weekend before the Mrs intervened.

Opening ceremony was the typical American pomp, I find it all very cringey. Have to agree with what Max said “99% show and 1% sporting event”.
I think you all are too optimistic. I am thinking is going to be pretty much the same, Max to speed off to distance, perez to either be on podium or be non existent.
The track doesnt fill be with excitement. The picture is an excellent choice
At some point today, the F1 23 game begins a free weekend on Steam, presumably allowing us to get a feel for the Vegas layout.
It's the US Era of F1 now. US owned, more US tracks, US team incoming with US engine supplier likely.
Don't be surprised if they split the races soon and have a half time show lol
